As regarding this i would like say that an organization like Cognizant has changed their Director Francisco D’Souza a young and a resilient person with the age of 44 only . really a remarkable move from an organization like Cognizant .
The 44-year-old D'Souza, the son of a career diplomat, will be the youngest director on the board of GE, a 120-year-old conglomerate whose other independent directors include Alan Lafley, former CEO of Procter & Gamble, and Rochelle B Lazarus, chairman emeritus of Ogilvy & Mather .
Its also worth mentioning fact the big organization like Cognizant , Hcl ,infosys mainly wants proactive and productive as well as dynamic and smart professional who can be able handle the pressure as well being creative planner which gives the organization more profit . everything relies on money exactly they provide recreational facilities , career development succession planning , internal job posting , training need identification to choose the most preferred and young fop in the organization.
