Change and stress in life ...how to overcome from it

Change and stress are very related term. As the changes concerned stress level gone up daily and the uncertainty , fear factor , anxiety , abused mindedness to the work gone up continuously .it mainly due to some reasons:-----

1. change is both positive and negative

2. more pressure on jobs due to overtime

3. unknown fear

5. not adoptable to new things

6. In ability to cope up .

remedies:-
1. Be energetic towards new things when it is inevitable .

2. always try to cope up with special pogrammes like meetings , seminar , motivational speech , presentation

3. Be health conscious by doing gym , exercise , yoga and take less food more vegetables as well juice .

4. eat your launch like prince and diner should be very light food

5. consolidate towards support a network of friends , collies , colleagues as well leaves on time during the change.
