Launching the portal, Bahuguna said that this would improve the government’s service delivery system in the state and that he himself would keep an eye on its functioning. ? To access the services of the portal all you have to do is go to the link and click on the ‘Complaints’ option. Fill in all relevant details including your name, mobile number, Voter ID number etc. After that you can easily register your complaints. The applicants would address their complaints to the respective departments, officers, districts and tehsils with their names, addresses, mobile numbers, identity proofs and e-mail IDs (optional). The applicants would be given receipts and Complaint IDs as well.
Additionally, you can also see the status of your complaint. The complaint status option would tell you about the action taken against your complaint. To know the status details, you have to fill your complaint number along with your ID number in the complaint status box.
Giving more information about the portal, SS Rawat, Secretary Bhrastachar Unmulan and Jan Sewa Vibhag, added that anyone from the state could register their complaint through the link samadhan.uk.gov.in and it would be looked into within the time period of 90 days.
Designated government officials and other senior employees of the department would look after the privacy of the registered complaints, stressed Bahuguna.
Through “Samadhan” applicants can register complaints related to services provided by the government, regarding public distribution system, irregularities existing in the government organizations and other similar problems
