TECHNOLOGY WHICH HAVE NO LIMITS

HOVER BIKE AND CAR, ITS REALLY TRUE
A hover car is a transport vehicle appearing in works of fiction in this daily world. Technology is getting better day by day especially hover cars. It is used for personal transportation in the same way a modern automobile is employed. One is expected to steer it like a normal vehicle. The only difference is the "flying" effect. It is capable of flying and elevates itself some distance from the ground through some repulsion technology, presumably exploiting some short range anti gravity principle so as to eliminate most friction forces which act against conventional vehicles. Unlike an air cushion vehicle, this does not produce a dust cloud. Another similar real-world device is the , which elevates itself above a water or level hard surface using a cushion of air retained by a flexible skirt. Such devices are not considered to be hover cars, however—that term is used only for the fictional device. It was launched in the year of 2013 -2014.
BENDEABLE SCREEN
A flexible display is a display which is flexible in nature; differentiable from the more prevalent traditional flat screen displays used in most electronics devices. In the recent years there's has been a growing interest from numerous consumer electronics manufacturers to apply this display technology in MOBILE PHONES, TABLETS, POCKET PCS AND OTHERS. Its uses OLED (organic light emit diode ) emits lights in the response of electronic current.

SIXSENSE TECHNOLOGY
Through our five natural senses we can perceive the things as we want and it is all about virtual reality as well as fudicals representation .The concept was developed by pranab mistry . he used these technology through a projector , camera  and mirror.
Conclusion

At last it is worth mentioning these new technological developments have changed phase of the world by save our time in tablets, poketpcs  and used of spars lead to a revolutionary change and hope in upcoming days more new inventions will bring forward new iteration to the laptops ,tablets and life will be more easy and fast forward.

MBA A CURSE OR BOON
From jyotiprasad kalita  editor and writer

MBA is both curse or boon as we have move towards an advanced world the technological dimension gained the momentum as well as people became more strive towards  jobs .As a result of slow down off the economy , due to volatility of market , sharp fall of stock market lead to very less jobs in the market .
If I go with MBA as curse then due to lack of job opportunities in the market, companies sack off the employees due to high cost. Every year more than lakhs of MBA graduate passed out only few got a stardom job in the market. Opportunities which we want after passed out MBA from a general college couldn’t fulfill our needs or we can lack of Excellency we have. Only IIM students could be able to gain their way by the way of getting a job in big mncs or start their own venture. So our future is very much bleak after passing out from a general college we simply believe like that.
But as per my view regarding MBA as boon its really means be your own boss. MBA is a degree which going to be given you the opportunities but it totally depends on you. How we face the challenges , how we know about our self , what’s our  key strength  , who’s  our inspiration , who’s our idol .so I never believe passed out MBA from IIM is a big thing then passed out from a general college  and it hardly matters . Let us go through a real live example, he was person a from Nagaland. Few years back he started off a honey bee industry  and right now he is having more than 200 core business .That’s simply means how we use our business idea to be the leader of tomorrow.  He had been an exclusive interview with times now and he emphasized that Iam not an MBA and I have done such big business which inspires others .Therefore choose the right career path with right goal is very much essential and MBA is definitely a path to realize your potential. AT last I would like to say to all “ALWAYS MAKE YOUR PASSION AS YOUR PROFESSION”

SUCCESSFUL CHANGE MANAGEMENT IS IT POSSIBLE?SPECIAL EDITION FROM AUTHOR

yes it is possible but how is it possible. It is imperative topic of discussion and my view it is an alteration in the working system and working climate. Its the transformation in to the new vision ,mission ,goal and objective to the system and movement towards a new design , new mechanism so as to the transformation of the functional design of the organization.

HOW IS IT POSSIBLE ANY IDEA:-----
successful Change commonsense Digging deeper into why change programs fail reveals that the vast majority stumble on precisely the thing they are trying to transform: employee attitudes and management behavior (versus other possible sources such inadequate budget, poorly deployed resources and poor change
architecture).Literally thousands of prescriptions are put forward in various change management publications regarding how to influence employee attitudes and management behavior. However, the vast majority of the thinking is remarkably similar. Colin Price and Emily Lawson provided a holistic perspective in their 2003 article, The Psychology of Change Management, that suggests that four basic conditions have to be met before employees will change their behavioral. A compelling story: They must see the point of the change and agree with it, at least enough to give it a try B. Role modeling: They must also see colleagues they admire modeling the desired behavior Reinforcement systems: Surrounding structures, systems, processes and incentives must be in tune with the new behavior The skills required for change: They need to have the skills to do what is required of them. This prescription is well grounded in the field of psychology and is ntirely rational. Putting all four of these conditions in place as a part of a dynamic process greatly improves the chances of bringing about lasting changes in the mindsets and behaviors of people in an organization—and thus achieves sustained improvements in business performance.
